MainChef TARO Onigiri
After introducing freshly cooked onigiri in clay pots at my restaurant where I served as head chef, it became a sensation on social media.
In September 2023, I started my activities as Onigiri Taro.
Primarily collaborating with various dining establishments, I also work with renowned chefs in Japan and make onigiri abroad, sharing Japanese culture and delicious rice with many people.

While managing and consulting for numerous restaurants in Japan.I also run several IT-related businesses.
As a certified sommelier, I consider the compatibility of Japanese rice not only with Japanese ingredients but also with ingredients from around the world, and I contribute to the menu development for RisingRiseJapan.
